Open Enrollment begins Monday, October 5, 2026 and ends Friday, October 23, 2026.

Important Dates:
Make an Appointment: Mid-September to October 16th
Open Enrollment: October 5th to October 23rd
Call to Enroll in Unum: October 19th to October 23rd
Open Enrollment Closes: End of Business Friday, October 23rd
Documentation is Due to the Benefits Office: Friday, November 20th (For all new Spouses – Marriage License/Certificates, Child(red) – Birth Certificate(s), and Social Security Numbers)
Changes are Effective: Friday, January 1, 2027
First Updated Payroll Deduction: Union – January 1st, Salary – January 8th
Last Day to Make Corrections: Sunday, February 28, 2027 (Must Have Confirmation Statement)
