The Bi-State Development (BSD) Board of Commissioners will hold a board meeting on Friday, June 21, at 8:30 a.m. The BSD Board of Commissioners announced last month they would resume hosting meetings in-person after transitioning to virtual meetings during the pandemic, and the public is welcome to attend the board meeting on June 21. It will be held in the board room at BSD Headquarters, located on the sixth floor of the Metropolitan Square Building (211 N. Broadway) in downtown St. Louis. The board room opens to the public at 8:15 a.m.
Attendees also have the option to sign-up as a speaker, in advance of the meeting through an online link, to provide an in-person public comment at the board meeting. In-person public comments are limited to ten speaker slots, available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum speaking time of three minutes. Public comments may also be submitted in writing. Written public comments will be acknowledged during the meeting. All written comments will be provided to BSD Commissioners prior to the board meeting, and are included in their entirety in the public record.
All in-person or written public comments must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 20. Links to sign-up for an in-person public comment or to submit a written public comment are available on the BSD website at bistatedev.org/public-meetings.
BSD Board of Commissioner meetings will continue to be available for viewing live online on the BSD Facebook page: facebook.com/bistatedev.
