Commissioner – Illinois
Derrick Keith Cox was appointed to the Bi-State Development Board of Commissioners by the Madison County Board and Chairman Kurt Prenzler in April 2018. He currently serves as a trustee for Collinsville Township in Illinois. Cox has been a property owner, renovator, and manager for the past 18 years and also serves as an event emcee for Ball Park Village. Cox spent nearly 14 years as an on-air radio personality for 92.3 WIL FM. He holds a degree in broadcast journalism from the Broadcast Center in St. Louis and is a graduate of Collinsville High School.
